Private Multi-Day Journey
MULTI-DAY PRIVATE TOUR · 10 DAYS PRIVATE
This 10-day private tour of the Canary Islands explores the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife — the islands of Tenerife, La Gomera and La Palma — on a tailor-made island-hopping itinerary that reaches the archipelago’s extremes: Spain’s highest mountain, its oldest forests and Europe’s newest volcanic land. Mount Teide rises 3,715 metres above the Atlantic at the heart of Teide National Park, the most visited national park in Europe, with a cable car to 3,555 metres and some of the clearest stargazing skies on Earth.
La Gomera guards Garajonay National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage laurel forest surviving from the Tertiary era, and the silbo gomero — the whistled language still taught in its schools. La Palma, ‘la Isla Bonita’, is crowned by the vast Caldera de Taburiente and by the Roque de los Muchachos observatory, home to the world’s largest single telescope. In 2021 the Tajogaite eruption added brand-new land to the island’s western flank — on this tour we walk its edge.
Comfortable ferries link the three islands. Ten days of private guided travel through Tenerife, La Gomera and La Palma — from black-sand beaches and laurel cloud forests to high-mountain observatories — always private, always at your rhythm.

OUR IDENTITY
“No two travellers are the same — so no two of our journeys are either. A fully personalised trip, shaped around you, is our identity.”
Every itinerary on this page is a starting point, never a script. Before you travel we get to know you — how you like to travel, what excites you, what pace feels right — and we adapt the whole journey to your type of traveller: the routes, the hotels, the activities, the meals, the rhythm of each day.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
DAY BY DAY
Private transfer from Tenerife airport. Santa Cruz’s palm-lined ramblas and the auditorium on the sea, then up to San Cristóbal de La Laguna — the island’s old university capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whose grid of colonial streets became the blueprint for cities across the Americas.
Overnight: La Laguna or Santa Cruz
The Anaga massif is the island’s oldest corner — knife-edge ridges cloaked in laurisilva, the fog-fed laurel forest of the Tertiary era. We walk among moss-hung trees in the Bosque de los Enigmas, drop to the hamlet of Taganana between the cliffs, and eat fresh fish at a beach shack on Benijo’s black sand as the rollers come in.
Overnight: La Laguna or Puerto de la Cruz
Above the clouds into Teide National Park — a UNESCO-listed volcanic wilderness at 2,000 metres. The cable car climbs to 3,555 metres for views across four islands. We walk among the Roques de García and the lava fields of Las Cañadas, and stay for sunset and stargazing: Teide’s sky is among the clearest in the world, protected by law.
Overnight: Parador de Teide or Orotava valley
The hamlet of Masca, clinging to a knife-back ridge inside Tenerife’s most dramatic gorge — long hidden, once a pirate refuge. Then the north coast: Garachico, the island’s loveliest town, rebuilt after the 1706 eruption, with natural lava pools; and Icod’s thousand-year-old dragon tree, sacred to the Guanches.
Overnight: Los Cristianos area
The morning ferry to San Sebastián de La Gomera — where Columbus took on water before crossing the ocean. Into Garajonay National Park, a UNESCO site protecting the finest surviving laurel forest on Earth. At a mountain restaurant we hear the silbo gomero, the whistled language that carries across the ravines and is still taught in every Gomeran school.
Overnight: La Gomera
La Gomera unfolds in giant ravines. Valle Gran Rey drops through palm-terraced walls to black-sand coves; Agulo, a red-roofed pocket of a town on a shelf above the ocean, gazes at Teide across the water. Late ferry back to Tenerife.
Overnight: Los Cristianos or Santa Cruz
The short hop to La Palma. Santa Cruz de La Palma is one of Spain’s best-kept secrets — a perfectly preserved 16th-century port town of wooden balconies, cobbled streets and Indiano mansions built on Americas trade. The replica of Columbus’s Santa María and the Naval Museum tell the story.
Overnight: Santa Cruz de La Palma
The Caldera de Taburiente — an eight-kilometre erosion crater with walls nearly two kilometres high, the island’s green heart and a national park since 1954. We walk from the Mirador de los Brecitos among Canary pines and waterfalls, or take the rim viewpoints of La Cumbrecita if you prefer a gentler day.
Overnight: western La Palma
To the island’s summit at 2,426 metres: the Roque de los Muchachos hosts one of the world’s most important observatories, including the largest single telescope on Earth. Then the route of the volcanoes south along the island’s spine, to the edge of Tajogaite — the volcano born in 2021, Europe’s newest land — and down to the salt pans and lighthouse of Fuencaliente, where vines grow again on the lava.
Overnight: Santa Cruz de La Palma
A last stroll through Santa Cruz de La Palma — coffee under the balconies, a final look at the Atlantic — before your private transfer to the airport. Ten days, three islands, from the roof of Spain to the newest land in Europe.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Completely — it’s our identity. Before the trip we get to know how you like to travel and we adapt everything: the pace, the hotels, the activities and the daily rhythm. The same route becomes a different journey for a couple, a family with children, a group of hikers or a photographer chasing the light. Tell us who you are and we’ll shape the islands around you.
Ten days is the perfect duration: four days for Tenerife (Teide National Park, Anaga, Masca and the historic north coast), two days for La Gomera and Garajonay, and three full days for La Palma, including the Caldera de Taburiente, the Roque de los Muchachos observatory and the 2021 Tajogaite volcano.
Yes. The Teide cable car takes you from 2,356 to 3,555 metres in eight minutes, with extraordinary views over four islands. Reaching the very summit at 3,715 metres requires a free permit that we arrange in advance when available. Easy marked walks around the Roques de García let you enjoy the volcanic landscape at any fitness level.
Absolutely. The Tajogaite eruption ended in December 2021 and La Palma is fully open to visitors. The new volcanic landscape has become one of the island’s most fascinating sights, with safe marked viewpoints and guided access — witnessing Europe’s newest land is a highlight of this tour.
One of the best in Europe. Both Tenerife and La Palma are protected Starlight Reserves; the tour includes guided stargazing in Teide National Park and a visit to the Roque de los Muchachos observatory on La Palma, one of the most important astronomical sites in the world.
Yes — the itinerary is fully tailor-made. We can include guided hikes (the Teide summit with permit, Anaga, Masca or the Caldera de Taburiente), snorkeling in volcanic coves, whale and dolphin watching off Tenerife, kayaking or extra stargazing sessions. Tell us what adventure you’d like to live and we’ll build it into your route.
